Nurture2Glow Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Nurture2Glow! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By visiting or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms:

Nurture2Glow is a wellness-based skincare and haircare brand. Our products are handmade in small batches with natural ingredients. We sell through GoDaddy-hosted platforms and may also operate on Etsy, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces.

2. Product Use Disclaimer

All Nurture2Glow products are for external use only. While we use gentle, natural ingredients, every skin type is unique. We recommend:

  • Conducting a patch test before full use
  • Consulting a healthcare provider if you are pregnant, nursing, or have sensitive skin or allergies

We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from use or misuse of our products.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are processed securely through GoDaddy, Etsy, or authorized payment platforms
  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice
  • Payment must be completed before order processing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days
  • Shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses

Please double-check your address before completing checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

All content on this site—including text, product names, photos, and branding—is the property of Nurture2Glow and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nurture2Glow Return & Refund Policy

At Nurture2Glow, each product is handcrafted with care using gentle, natural ingredients. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we are happy to assist with any issues related to damage or fulfillment errors.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items due to the personal and perishable nature of skincare and haircare products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your package
  2. Email us at [Your Email Address] with the following:
     
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the item and packaging
    • A description of the issue

  1. Once verified, we may offer a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis

Please do not return items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, we begin processing and cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Nurture2Glow is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they are handed to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If your tracking shows delivery but the item was not received, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
